Belt Drive Conveyor

• Wears longer resulting in reducing down time and saving on replacement costs of chains, rattler bars, and sprockets

• Smaller diameter idler on bottom shaft gives a gentler pickup resulting in yield savings

• Round rattler bars release more dirt resulting in less wear on the combine and better combine performance

• More even release of vines onto the inverter drums resulting in yield savings

Straight Drum

• Gentler transfer of vines from conveyor to inverter drums resulting in yield savings

• Provides space in which to mount roller/firmer

• Not recommended for terraced or rolling ground

Tenting

• Surrounds peanuts on all sides with vines by turning peanuts inboard rather than straight up

• Vines dry before the peanuts resulting in better separation in the combine

• Recommended only for sandy soils, level ground, and hotter climates

Sandwiching

• Places one row on top of another, tap root to tap root, creating an insulating effect that protects against damage from day and night temperature extremes.   Reduces losses, LSK's, splits, skin slippage, and frost damage!

• Developed for Runner-type peanuts in West Texas area, but is adaptable to other areas where high heat and low humidity can cause quality-related problems due to rapid field drying.  Sandwiching increases dry-down time, resulting in improved quality peanuts.

• Available as an option on new 36" - 38" two, four and six row models and 40" four row model.  Kits available to fit two and four row models built prior to 1999.

• Chain conveyor sandwich kit designed for durability and ruggedness.

Roller/Firmer

• Available only on straight drum or tenting models

• Firms and seals the soil helping to prevent vines bonding to the soil resulting in fewer losses at the combine header
