Subsoiler Leveler - Generation II

General Description: The KMC Generation II Subsoiler/ Leveler is the ideal implement for breaking the hardpan all the way across the width of the implement, and leveling the surface in heavy crop residue conditions while leaving the surface with an undisturbed appearance.

Key Features 

• Rigid Tool Bars are Generation II style with double frame welded construction, 7 x 4 x 3/8 hitch bar and 7 x 7 x 3/8 main tool bar and cat. III and IIIN hitches.
   

• Proven KMC spring loaded Swivel Coulters effectively slice through crop residue allowing shanks to run clean in heavy residue conditions.
   

• The heavy-duty Shank Mounting Bracket mounts across the diamond of the 7 x 7 tool bar giving a stable secure connection that prevents shanks from “walking” on the tool bar.
   

• Standard Ripper Shanks are high clearance, ¾” or 1 ¼” thick, wear guard protected, made of high strength alloy that resist abrasion and bending. The shear pivot point is positioned to virtually eliminate “pole vaulting” and resulting wear on pivoting components, and the shear bolt is positioned for easy replacement. 33 inch frame clearance and high clearance shanks provide for a sub soiling range from 10 to 18 inches. Shanks are mounted in a front to rear staggered arrangement that provides for excellent trash flow.
   

• Reset On the Go Ripper Shanks are optionally available for speed and convenience.
   

• A 12 ¾” diameter, steel, cleated Roller rolls freely without hesitation leveling the surface while leaving an undisturbed surface appearance.
   

• Turnbuckle adjustable roller mounting arms provide infinite height adjustment for the roller allowing the weight of the implement to be placed on the roller during field operation thereby providing excellent surface leveling capability.
   

• The unique KMC Sub Soiler Point with splitter has proven to significantly reduce blowout in tough soils.
