Disc Bedder - Heavy Duty
HD Disc Bedder HD Disc Bedder With the use of extra heavy duty components, the KMC Heavy Duty Disc Bedder is designed to form beds for bedded row crops in tough primary tillage conditions.
Key Features 
  • Disc Gangs are extra heavy duty and feature a 1 ½” square axle, sealed bearings, heavy cast hubs and spacers, and ¼” thick disc. 18 and 20 inch plain concave disc are standard, with larger sizes available in plain or notched. 
  • Disc Mounting Brackets are extra heavy duty welded construction and feature a welded bracket and cap mounted across the diamond of the tool bar to prevent “walking” on the tool bar and to eliminate U bolts that break. 
  • Models are available on Rigid, Over Center Fold or Stack Fold Tool Bars that are built tough to hold up in primary tillage field conditions. 
  • A complete line of Accessories (Gauge Wheels, Helper Wheels, Bed Shapers, Scrapers, Row Markers) is available to complete the Heavy Duty Disc Bedder for almost any field application.
