Row-Bed Hipper/Conditioner
Row-Bed Hip-Cond The KMC Row Bed Hipper/Conditioner is used to condition stale beds for planting.  On a standard unit a wide sweep breaks the crust on the top of the bed and moves the old stalk.  A Phillips Rotary Harrow attachment follows the sweep and conditions the top of the bed and prepares the seed zone.  A drag board trails behind and levels the top of the bed.  The optional bed forming kit provides a furrow opener in each middle and allows this tool to be used to rebuild and condition existing beds or form new beds.  Gauge Wheels (including tires) are standard with one pair included on 8 rows and 2 pair included with 12 rows.  The frame is over center fold, double tool bar arrangement with front 7x7 inch tube and rear 4x4 inch tube.  The hitch is category III and IIIN.
