A spring loaded, Swivel Coulter effectively slices through
crop residue allowing row components to run clean through
tall standing grain crops or heavy crop residue.
Shank Mounting Brackets mount across the diamond of the 7 x
7 inch tool bar for a secure connection that prevents shanks
from “walking” on the tool bar.
Shear bolt trip Ripper Shanks are available in ¾” or 1 ¼”
thick, high strength alloy steel, wear guard protected and
they provide a range of sub soiling depth from 10” to 17”.
The shank pivot bolt is positioned to virtually eliminate
“pole vaulting” the tool bar in order to reduce wear on row
components. The shear bolt is positioned for ease of
replacement. Reset On the Go Shanks are optional.
Parallel Linkage provides a wide range of flotation for row
components and is attached to the shank mounting bracket
rather than the shank to prevent wear on row components
caused by “snatching” when the shank trips. Wrench less
adjustable pressure springs provide from 0 to 550 pounds
extra pressure on tillage components to provide an ideal
seed zone for light or tough soil conditions.
A complete line of optional Row Tillage Components (waffle
tillage coulters, press wheels, crumblers, and rollers) is
available to match field conditions and customer
preference. Rigid, Over Center Fold, or Stack Fold Tool
Bars are heavy-duty double frame construction with 7 x 4 x
3/8” hitch bar and 7 x 7 x 3/8” main tool bar, and are
available for various row configurations from 2 to 12 row.
All the row components are designed and positioned to allow
for easy and clean trash flow in tall standing cover crop or
heavy crop residue.
